Request a Return

PLEASE NOTE: You have 14 business days from delivery to request a return authorization. Unauthorized returns or packages failing to meet our return standards will not be accepted.

STEP-BY-STEP RETURN PROCESS

  • A. Submit Your Request:
    Send an email to online@4b12.it stating your order number, full name, and the item(s) you wish to return.

  • B. Receive Authorization:
    Our Customer Support team will email you a Return Authorization along with detailed instructions on courier options and process details.

  • C. Prepare Your Package:
    Pack the item(s) securely in their original box, including all original tags, box inserts, and the intact security seal. Return shipments are the customer's responsibility until officially received at our warehouse.

  • D. Ship the Item:
    Send the return parcel within 14 days of authorization to:

  • E. Inspection & Refund:
    Upon arrival and successful quality inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days.
